Art. 95 Zuständigkeit
1) Die Steuerverwaltung ist für die Bestrafung wegen Verletzung von Verfahrensvorschriften nach Art. 86, Steuerhinterziehung nach Art. 87 sowie Steuerhehlerei nach Art. 90 in Verbindung mit Art. 87 zuständig. 2) Das Landgericht ist für die Bestrafung wegen Steuerbetrugs nach Art. 88, qualifizierter Steuerhinterziehung nach Art. 89 und Steuerhehlerei nach Art. 90 in Verbindung mit Art. 88 oder 89 zuständig.
