Art. 10 Aufhebung bisherigen Rechts
1) Die Verordnung vom 24. August 2004 über Massnahmen gegenüber der Demokratischen Republik Kongo, LGBl. 2004 Nr. 196, wird aufgehoben. 2) Die Strafbarkeit von Widerhandlungen, die während der Geltungsdauer der in Abs. 1 genannten Verordnung begangen wurden, bleibt vorbehalten.
