§ 3
Ein Beamter, Richter oder Soldat, dessen Ortszuschlag sich auf Grund der Regelungen in § 1 Nr. 3.2 oder 4 verringert, erhält für die Dauer des Fortbestehens der Anspruchsvoraussetzungen eine ruhegehaltfähige Ausgleichszulage in Höhe des Unterschiedes. Diese verringert sich vom 1. Januar 1972 an jeweils um ein Drittel des Betrages, um den sich die Dienstbezüge erhöhen.
