1 Als Stimmenzähler amten Mitglieder des Wahlbüros. Sind an der Versammlung nicht genügend Mitglieder des Wahlbüros anwesend, werden zusätzliche Stimmenzähler auf Vorschlag der Versammlungsleitung durch die Versammlung gewählt.
