Art. 26 Stellvertretung des Präsidiums; Konstituierung
1 Für jedes Präsidium und jeden Vorsitz ist eine Stellvertretung (Vizepräsidium) zu bestimmen. Ist auch das Vizepräsidium an der Amtsführung verhindert, obliegt die Stellvertretung dem amtsältesten Mitglied des Kollegiums. 2 In der Regel konstituieren sich die Gremien und Ausschüsse selber. Vorbehalten bleiben die Vorgaben des kantonalen Rechts sowie spezielle Regelungen im Einzelfall.
