1 Der Gemeinderat besteht aus dem Präsidenten oder der Präsidentin und sechs weiteren Mitgliedern. 2 Die Angehörigen des Gemeinderates erfüllen die Aufgaben als Mitglied des Kollegiums und als Vorstehende einer obersten Facheinheit der Verwaltung (Art. 49 Abs. 3 und Art. 50 Abs. 3). 3 Das Präsidium wird im Voll- oder Hauptamt geführt. Die weiteren Mitglieder sind im Nebenamt tätig. Das Nähere regeln die Stimmberechtigten.
