1 Dem Wahlbüro obliegen nach Massgabe des Gesetzes über die politischen Rechte die Vorbereitung und Durchführung der von der Gemeinde zu organisierenden Wahlen und Abstimmungen. 2 Die Mitglieder des Wahlbüros nehmen überdies die Funktion als Stimmenzähler an der Gemeindeversammlung wahr (Art. 23).
