Art. 54 Anstellungsverhältnis
1 Für das Verwaltungspersonal gilt unter Vorbehalt abweichender Vorschriften der Stimmberechtigten und der im Gemeindegesetz vorgesehenen Ausnahmen das öffentlich-rechtliche Anstellungsverhältnis. Dieses richtet sich im Rahmen des Gemeindegesetzes nach den Personal- und Besoldungsvorschriften der Gemeinde.
