§ 14 Verkauf der Überschussmenge
Nach vollständiger Versteigerung der Gesamtversteigerungsmenge nach § 11 Absatz 1 verkauft die beauftragte Stelle im Jahr 2026 Emissionszertifikate zu einem Überschussmengenpreis von 68 Euro pro Emissionszertifikat. Für die Durchführung dieses Verkaufs gelten die Regelungen nach den §§ 9 und 10 entsprechend.
