§ 41 Vertraulichkeit
Im nationalen Emissionshandelsregister enthaltene Angaben und Daten, mit Ausnahme der nach § 43 öffentlich zugänglich zu machenden Angaben und Daten, sind durch die zuständige Behörde, Kontoinhaber und kontobevollmächtigte Personen vertraulich zu behandeln. Dies gilt auch für alle Angaben und Daten, die im Rahmen dieser Verordnung erhoben und von der zuständigen Behörde außerhalb des nationalen Emissionshandelsregisters gespeichert werden.
