§ 10 Haltungsverbot
Es ist verboten, Greifvogelhybriden zu halten. Ausgenommen von dem Verbot sind Tiere, die vor dem 25. Februar 2005 in Übereinstimmung mit den zu ihrem Schutz geltenden Vorschriften gehalten werden, sowie, im Falle der Zucht, Jungvögel bis zur Abgabe an Dritte mit Wohnsitz oder Sitz im Ausland.
