1) Die Ziele und Anforderungen der beruflichen Grundbildung werden in Form von Handlungskompetenzen nach den Art. 4 bis 6 beschrieben. 2) Die Handlungskompetenzen umfassen Fach-, Methoden-, Sozial- und Selbstkompetenzen. 3) Beim Aufbau der Handlungskompetenzen arbeiten alle Lernorte zusammen.
