§ 10 Anmeldung bei der Prüfstelle
(1) Auslandsbonds, deren Anerkennung nach § 3 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 (rechtmäßig erworbene Stücke) oder nach § 3 Abs. 1 Nr. 3 (Rückerstattungsstücke) beansprucht wird, sind bei der zuständigen Prüfstelle (§ 11) anzumelden. Dasselbe gilt, wenn nach § 4 ein Feststellungsbescheid beansprucht wird. (2) Für die Anmeldung und das Prüfungsverfahren gelten die §§ 37 bis 48.
