§ 66 Bindende Wirkung der Entscheidungen
Die nach diesem Gesetz ergangenen, einer Anfechtung nicht mehr unterliegenden Entscheidungen über die Anerkennung eines Auslandsbonds und die Feststellung des rechtmäßigen Erwerbs an einem Auslandsbond binden Gerichte und Verwaltungsbehörden, soweit sich aus diesem Gesetz nicht etwas anderes ergibt.
