”Riigieelarve seaduse” § 30 lõike 1 alusel ning kooskõlas Vabariigi Valitsuse 16. novembri 1999. a määrusega nr 346 ”Vabariigi Valitsuse reservist raha eraldamise ja selle kasutamise kord” eraldada Vabariigi Valitsuse reservist Siseministeeriumile 10 742 eurot ja 52 senti, et tasuda Tallinna Halduskohtu 21. oktoobri 2010. a otsusega kaasnenud kulud haldusasjas nr 3-08-1770.
