Konsulaarametnik registreerib taotluses esitatud andmed konsulaarametniku ametitoimingute andmekogus välisministri 7. augusti 2017. a määruse nr 6 „Konsulaarametniku ametitoimingute andmekogu pidamise kord” §-de 6 ja 15 kohaselt.
