Art. 34 Lärmschutz
1 In den im Zonenplan besonders bezeichneten Gebieten gilt der bundesrechtliche Planungswert gemäss Lärmschutz-Verordnung (LSV; SR 814.41). Es besteht keine Möglichkeit von Ausnahmen. 2 Innerhalb der im Zonenplan besonders bezeichneten Gebiete ist im Falle einer Überschreitung der Planungswerte ein Gutachten mit Nachweis zur lärmtechnisch sinnvollen Stellung der Baute einzureichen.
