Art. 37 Hindernisfreies Bauen
1 Gebäude mit fünf und mehr Wohneinheiten sowie Bauten und Anlagen mit mehr als 25 Arbeitsplätzen sind so zu gestalten, dass sie auch für Menschen mit Behinderung zugänglich sind. Bei den Wohneinheiten müssen die Mehrheit der Wohnungen und bei den Arbeitsplätzen sämtliche Plätze im Innern an deren Bedürfnisse anpassbar sein. Im Übrigen gelten die kantonalen Bestimmungen.
