§ 7 Zulassung von Ausnahmen
Die zuständige Behörde kann auf Antrag des Betreibers Ausnahmen von den Anforderungen der §§ 3 bis 6 zulassen, soweit unter Berücksichtigung der besonderen Umstände des Einzelfalls einzelne Anforderungen der Verordnung nicht oder nur mit unverhältnismäßig hohem Aufwand erfüllt werden können und Gefahren für Beschäftigte und Dritte sowie schädliche Umwelteinwirkungen nicht zu erwarten sind.
