Fondsverwaltung 1 Die Fondsverwaltung setzt sich zusammen aus drei Vertretenden von Sportorganisationen und zwei Vertretenden der Stadt, welche der Fondsverwaltung von Amtes wegen angehören. Die Fondsverwaltung konstituiert sich selbst und fasst ihre Entscheide und Beschlüsse mit einfachem Mehr. 2 Die Fondsverwaltung wird vom Stadtrat auf die Dauer von vier Jahren gewählt. Die Amtsdauer beginnt jeweils am 1. Januar nach der Gesamterneuerungswahl des Stadtrates. Eine Wiederwahl ist möglich. 3 Die Fondsverwaltung beurteilt die Gesuche und legt die Beiträge in Bestand und Höhe fest.
