§ 23 Hinweis auf Gesamtstrafenbildung
Ist bei Eintragung einer Verurteilung in das Register ersichtlich, daß im Register eine weitere Verurteilung eingetragen ist, bei der die Bildung einer Gesamtstrafe mit der neu einzutragenden Verurteilung in Betracht kommt, so weist die Registerbehörde die Behörde, welche die letzte Mitteilung gemacht hat, auf die Möglichkeit einer Gesamtstrafenbildung hin.
