§ 30d Digitales Führungszeugnis
(1) Wird das Führungszeugnis elektronisch beantragt (§ 30c), so wird es in digitaler Form erteilt (Digitales Führungszeugnis), wenn 1. die antragstellende Person dies verlangt und 2. es sich nicht um ein Führungszeugnis zur Vorlage bei einer Behörde (§ 30 Absatz 5) handelt. (2) Das Digitale Führungszeugnis wird erteilt, indem es über das Nutzerkonto der antragstellenden Person nach § 3 Absatz 1 Satz 1 des Onlinezugangsgesetzes zum Abruf bereitgestellt wird. Die Erteilung auf anderem Wege ist unzulässig. (3) Die Ausstellung durch die Registerbehörde, das Erteilungsdatum sowie die Unverändertheit des Digitalen Führungszeugnisses können elektronisch verifiziert werden. (4) Die näheren Einzelheiten der Bereitstellung nach Absatz 2 Satz 1 und der Verifizierung nach Absatz 3 regelt die Registerbehörde.
