§ 36 Beginn der Frist
Die Frist beginnt mit dem Tag des ersten Urteils (§ 5 Abs. 1 Nr. 4). Dieser Tag bleibt auch maßgebend, wenn 1. eine Gesamtstrafe oder eine einheitliche Jugendstrafe gebildet, 2. nach § 30 Abs. 1 des Jugendgerichtsgesetzes auf Jugendstrafe erkannt wird oder 3. eine Entscheidung im Wiederaufnahmeverfahren ergeht, die eine registerpflichtige Verurteilung enthält.
