Art. 3 Erstellung und gewerbsmässige Vermietung von Wohnraum
Die Verwendung des Grundstückes für die Erstellung oder gewerbsmässige Vermietung von Wohnraum, der nicht zu einem Hotel oder Apparthotel gehört, begründet keine Betriebsstätte im Sinne von Artikel 2 Absatz 2 Buchstabe a BewG.
