Art. 8 Erwerb einer Wohnung durch eine natürliche Person
Als Erwerb einer Wohnung durch eine natürliche Person (Art. 2 Abs. 2 Bst. b, 7 Bst. j Ziff. 1 und 2, 8 Abs. 3 sowie 9 Abs. 1 Bst. c und Abs. 2 BewG) gilt: a. der unmittelbare Erwerb auf deren persönlichen Namen; b. bei Mieteraktiengesellschaften, deren Gründung vor dem 1. Februar 1974 erfolgte, der Erwerb von Anteilen im entsprechenden Umfang. Fassung gemäss Ziff. I der V vom 20. Jan. 2021, in Kraft seit 1. März 2021 (AS 2021 87).
