§ 3 Fachkräfte
Zur Durchführung der Aufgaben der Behörde werden Personen beschäftigt, die sich hierfür nach ihrer Persönlichkeit eignen und die in der Regel entweder eine ihren Aufgaben entsprechende Ausbildung erhalten haben (Fachkräfte) oder über vergleichbare Erfahrungen verfügen.
