Die in § 44 des Arzneimittelgesetzes genannten Arzneimittel sind ferner vom Verkehr außerhalb der Apotheken ausgeschlossen, wenn sie zur Injektion oder Infusion, zur rektalen oder intrauterinen Anwendung, zur intramammären oder vaginalen Anwendung bei Tieren, als Implantate oder als Aerosole bis zu einer mittleren Teilchengröße von nicht mehr als 5 mym in den Verkehr gebracht werden.
