§ 5. Rakendussäte
Enne käesoleva määruse jõustumist alustatud ehitusgeoloogilise uuringule kohaldatakse enne käesoleva määruse jõustumist kehtinud nõudeid, kuid uuringu aruanne tuleb esitada Eesti Geoloogiateenistusele käesoleva määruse §-s 3 sätestatust lähtudes.
