Art. 26 Geschosszahl (Abbildung 8)
1 Die zulässige Geschosszahl wird in den generellen Bauvorschriften bestimmt. Für ihre Berechnung ist die Anzahl der Vollgeschosse massgebend. 2 Als Vollgeschoss zählen Unter- und Dachgeschosse, die mehr als die in der Tabelle erlaubten Prozentzahlen Bruttogeschossfläche an Wohn-, Schlaf- oder Arbeitsräume betragen. 3 Wenn die Deckenoberkante im Untergeschoss mehr als 1.5 m über dem Niveaupunkt liegt, zählt es als Vollgeschoss.
