Auf Grund des § 15 Absatz 1 der Erneuerbare-Energien-Verordnung vom 17. Februar 2015 (BGBl. I S. 146), der zuletzt durch Artikel 2 der Verordnung vom 2. Februar 2024 (BGBl. 2024 I Nr. 34) neu gefasst worden ist, in Verbindung mit § 12 Absatz 5 Satz 5 Nummer 1 in Verbindung mit Satz 1 bis 4 und 8 des Windenergie-auf-See-Gesetzes vom 13. Oktober 2016 (BGBl. I S. 2258, 2310), von denen § 12 Absatz 5 Satz 2 durch Artikel 1 Nummer 17 Buchstabe e Doppelbuchstabe bb des Gesetzes vom 20. Juli 2022 (BGBl. I S. 1325) eingefügt und § 12 Absatz 5 Satz 1, 3, 4, 5 Nummer 1 und Satz 8 durch Artikel 1 Nummer 17 Buchstabe e Doppelbuchstabe aa, bb, cc und dd des Gesetzes vom 20. Juli 2022 (BGBl. I S. 1325) geändert worden sind, verordnet das Bundesamt für Seeschifffahrt und Hydrographie:
