1 Der Umgang mit Organen, Geweben und Zellen muss dem Stand von Wissenschaft und Technik entsprechen.
2 Der Stand von Wissenschaft und Technik ergibt sich insbesondere aus:

b. Empfehlungen von nationalen und internationalen Fachorganisationen;
