Art. 52 Meldepflicht
1 Wer die zur Abklärung der Gewebeübereinstimmung notwendigen Daten bearbeitet, muss diese der Blutspende SRK melden. 2 Die Meldung erfolgt in pseudonymisierter Form und umfasst namentlich: a. den Code der Spenderinnen und Spender; b. das Geburtsdatum; c. das Geschlecht; d. den Infektionsstatus bezüglich des Zytomegalie-Virus; e. die Gewebemerkmale.
