Art. 6 Vertrauensperson
1 Wer das 16. Lebensjahr vollendet hat, kann eine Vertrauensperson nach Artikel 8 Absatz 6 des Transplantationsgesetzes bestimmen.
2 Hat die verstorbene Person mehrere Personen ihres Vertrauens bestimmt, so ist die Entnahme zulässig, wenn:
a. alle, die innerhalb angemessener Zeit erreichbar sind, ihr zustimmen; und
b. von den nicht erreichbaren Vertrauenspersonen kein Widerspruch bekannt wird.
