§ 2. Tasu suurus
(1) Nõukogu töös osaletud aja eest nõukogu liikmetele tasu maksmise aluseks on Vabariigi Valitsuse kehtestatud tunnipalga alammäär. (2) Vabariigi Valitsuse liikmele nõukogus töötamise eest tasu ei maksta.
