Art. 44 Persönliche Schutzmittel
Die Bewilligungsinhaberin oder der Bewilligungsinhaber muss dem Personal für die Handhabung mit radioaktivem Material in Kontroll- oder Überwachungsbereichen die notwendigen persönlichen Schutzmittel zur Verfügung stellen und dafür sorgen, dass diese dem Stand der Technik entsprechen und in einwandfreiem Zustand gehalten werden.
