1 Der Einbau des Deckbelags in der Altstadt ist im Auftrag und auf Kosten der Gesuchstellerin oder des Gesuchstellers durch ein geeignetes Unternehmen auszuführen. 2 Die Einzelheiten regeln die zuständige Behörde und die Gesuchstellerin bzw. der Gesuchsteller in einer Vereinbarung. 3 Für die Bearbeitung des Aufgrabungsgesuchs wird eine Gebühr von 50 Franken pro aufgegrabenem Quadratmeter Fläche erhoben.
