§ 26. Bilansihalduri garantii
Bilansilepinguga võetud kohustuste täitmise tagamiseks esitatava bilansihalduri püsigarantii summa on 31 955 eurot, mis peab kehtima bilansilepingu kehtivuse ajal ja vähemalt neli kuud pärast bilansilepingu lõppemist.
