§ 3 Struktur der Berufsausbildung
Die Ausbildung gliedert sich in 1. Pflichtqualifikationen, bestehend aus 1.1 für die drei Ausbildungsberufe gemeinsame, integrativ zu vermittelnde Qualifikationen nach § 4 Absatz 2 Abschnitt A Nummer 1 bis 6.4, § 11 Absatz 2 Abschnitt A Nummer 1 bis 6.4 und § 18 Absatz 2 Abschnitt A Nummer 1 bis 6.4; 1.2 für jeden Ausbildungsberuf spezifische Pflichtqualifikationen: a) für den Chemielaboranten/die Chemielaborantin nach § 4 Absatz 2 Abschnitt A Nummer 7 bis 8.3, b) für den Biologielaboranten/die Biologielaborantin nach § 11 Absatz 2 Abschnitt A Nummer 7 bis 13, c) für den Lacklaboranten/die Lacklaborantin nach § 18 Absatz 2 Abschnitt A Nummer 7 bis 10; 2. sechs vom Ausbildenden festzulegende Wahlqualifikationen, die a) für den Chemielaboranten und die Chemielaborantin aus der Auswahlliste nach § 4 Absatz 2 auszuwählen sind, b) für den Biologielaboranten und die Biologielaborantin aus der Auswahlliste nach § 11 Absatz 2 auszuwählen sind, c) für den Lacklaboranten und die Lacklaborantin aus der Auswahlliste nach § 18 Absatz 2 auszuwählen sind.
