Grundsätze 1 Wer oberflächengeologische oder geophysikalische Untersuchungen und damit in Zusammenhang stehende Grabungen oder Bohrungen für das Auffinden von mineralischen Rohstoffen durchführen will, bedarf einer Schürfbewilligung der Bau- und Verkehrsdirektion. * 2 Die Schürfbewilligung gibt das ausschliessliche Recht, innerhalb eines bestimmten Gebietes Arbeiten im Sinn von Absatz 1 auszuführen.
