Regalrecht 1 Der Kanton hat das Regal zum Abbau der mineralischen Rohstoffe und zur Nutzung der Erdwärme aus tiefen Erdschichten (Bergregal). Er kann dieses Recht selber ausüben oder Dritten übertragen. * 2 Die Regelung über den Umfang des Eigentums in Artikel 667 ZGB bleibt vorbehalten. *
