§ 14 Mitteilung zur Einstellung des Betriebs einer Anlage
Sofern mindestens eine der in Artikel 26 Absatz 1 der Delegierten Verordnung (EU) 2019/331 genannten Bedingungen für die Annahme erfüllt ist, dass der Betrieb der Anlage eingestellt worden ist, muss der Anlagenbetreiber unverzüglich der zuständigen Behörde das Datum mitteilen, ab dem diese Bedingung vorlag.
