Die Beleihung der im Handelsregister, Abteilung B des Amtsgerichts Bonn unter der Nummer 6946 eingetragenen DAU-Deutsche Akkreditierungs- und Zulassungsgesellschaft für Umweltgutachter mbH mit den Aufgaben der Zulassungsstelle nach Artikel 55 Absatz 2 der Durchführungsverordnung (EU) 2018/2067 durch § 9 Absatz 1 der Emissionshandelsverordnung 2030 in ihrer bis zum 14. Juli 2026 geltenden Fassung wird aufgehoben.
