§ 12 Befreiung von einzelnen Prüfungsbestandteilen
Wird die zu prüfende Person nach § 42c Absatz 2 der Handwerksordnung von der Ablegung einzelner Prüfungsbestandteile befreit, bleiben diese Prüfungsbestandteile für die Anwendung der §§ 13 und 14 außer Betracht. Für die übrigen Prüfungsbestandteile erhöhen sich die Anteile nach § 13 Absatz 2 Satz 2 oder Satz 3, Absatz 4 Satz 2 oder 3 oder § 14 Absatz 2 Satz 1 entsprechend ihrem Verhältnis zueinander. Allein diese Prüfungsbestandteile sind den Entscheidungen des Prüfungsausschusses zugrunde zu legen.
