Art. 25
Unfälle 1 Sind Polizeiangehörige auf einer Dienstfahrt mit einem privaten oder mit einem Dienstfahrzeug an einem Verkehrsunfall beteiligt, so ist, unabhängig von der gesetzlichen Meldepflicht, unverzüglich das Polizeikommando in Kenntnis zu setzen. Das Polizeikommando kann in jedem Fall eine Unfallaufnahme anordnen.
