§ 39⁷. Ühekordselt kasutatavate plasttoodete koguse andmete esitamine pakendiregistrile
Käesoleva seaduse § 24 lõikes 4¹ märgitud andmed tuleb pakendiettevõtjal esitada pakendiregistrile 2023. aasta kohta, lisades võimaluse korral nimetatud andmed 2022. aasta kohta.
