Propose a change

Title 37 Public Utilities

Write the words of this act the way you think they should read. Solon shows your change as a redline against the published text and pins it to that exact text, so it can never be applied to wording you did not see.

Your change, as a redline

37-12-126. Failure to yield telephone for reporting emergencies; definitions.

(a) In W.S. 37-12-126 through 37-12-130 unless the context otherwise requires: (i) "Party line" means a subscriber's line telephone circuit, consisting of two (2) or more main telephone stations connected therewith, each station with a distinctive ring or telephone number; (ii) "Emergency" means a situation in which property or human life is in jeopardy and the prompt summoning of aid is essential.

One line that says what changes, such as "Halve the dog tax".

Who it helps, what it costs, what it fixes. It is what persuades people to support it.

A proposal here is not law. Support on Solon is evidence that people want the change; the official route says what it takes to make it law.
