Art. 46a Bekanntgabe von Daten an Drittstaaten zum Zweck der Rückkehr
Daten, die in Zusammenhang mit den Ausschreibungen zum Zweck der Rückkehr im SIS erfasst werden, und die damit verbundenen Zusatzinformationen dürfen Drittstaaten bekannt gegeben werden, wenn die Voraussetzungen nach Artikel 15 der Verordnung EU 2018/1860 erfüllt sind.
