§ 3
(1) Durch Hinterlegung einer den Betrag der Schuld und der Kosten deckenden Summe wird die Vollziehung des Arrestes in Luftfahrzeuge gehemmt und der Schuldner zu dem Antrag auf sofortige Aufhebung des in ein Luftfahrzeug vollzogenen Arrestes berechtigt. (2) Ist der Wert des Luftfahrzeugs niedriger als dieser Betrag, so genügt die Hinterlegung eines dem Wert des Luftfahrzeugs entsprechenden Betrags. (3) Im übrigen bewendet es bei der Vorschrift des § 923 der Zivilprozeßordnung.
