§ 4
(1) Die Vorschriften der §§ 1 bis 3 gelten sinngemäß für einstweilige Verfügungen, durch die der Abflug eines Luftfahrzeugs gehindert wird. (2) Ist dem Eigentümer eines Luftfahrzeugs der Besitz an seinem Luftfahrzeug durch eine unerlaubte Handlung entzogen worden, so werden der Erlaß und die Vollziehung einer von ihm beantragten, den Abflug des Luftfahrzeugs hindernden einstweiligen Verfügung durch dieses Gesetz nicht beschränkt.
