Art. 125 Branntwein
1 Branntwein ist eine Spirituose, die ausschliesslich durch Destillation von Wein oder Brennwein zu weniger als 86 Volumenprozent oder durch erneute Destillation eines Weindestillats zu weniger als 86 Volumenprozent gewonnen wird. 2 Der Gehalt an flüchtigen Bestandteilen muss mindestens 125 g/hl reinen Alkohols betragen.
